[pct-l] Lists (admin)

The lists were bouncing some subscriber's inbound messages since 7pm 
last night.  This was due to a a denial of service attack on one of the 
anti-spam services I use and all should be normal now.

I've been away, so I'm backlogged with email right now- so if you have a 
concern/question that needs immediate help, please re-email me.
