[pct-l] section A water

AsABat, Capt. Bivy, you're most certainly correct, I was passing on bum
information. The water at the GATR road (Penny Pines) is now fenced off
and turned off. Pioneer Mail's trough is full and green, but the spigot
feeding the tank is on and running, although the nozzle is currently
submerged in the trough water. When the water in the trough drops about
3 inches, the spigot should be clear enough to use.

There are about 12 bottles of water at the TrailRatz sanctuary southwest
of Scissors Crossing.

The Barrel Springs tank is holding about 6" of liquid (some of which
must be water), and the feeder pipe into the tank is not flowing at all.
The seep at the top of the hill, which should be feeding the tank does
have a bit of flow, But without a tube to direct the flow into a bottle,
it's shallow enough to make the chore tedious.

For those counting dogs this year, Banner and his owner have made it to
Warner Springs, and according to the notes on the clipboard at Barrel,
both are doing well.
