Knowing the drive from LAX to here, Amy, you are a truly generous soul.  We've driven hikers to and fromTehachapi, Kennedy Meadows, Wrightwood, and Lake Morena, logging many miles.  But the one thing I've NEVER volunteered to do (and probably  never will) is pick someone up from bleeping LAX.  I am truly humbled!  Let me know if you need or want directions to Hiker Heaven.
