Before you write the list, or the list admin asking to be unsubscribed or 
to change your email address, or other options, please look at the footer 
of EVERY list email. You will see this

Please visit that page, and follow the directions.

You figured out how to follow a similar procedure to subscribe via the web 
page. You should be able to figure out how to unsubscribe too.
