[pct-l] Barrel Springs

I've heard three reports about Barrel Spring on Sunday:
[1] not flowing and looks brownish
[2] 1/2 full, only a trickle of water into the trough. pretty silty, no
longer clear
[3] about 1/8 full and looked murky

It sounds like it should not be relied on. If you backtrack on the trail a
hundred yards or so, there's an old road bed cutting back up the hill. The
spring box is on top and MIGHT have water that could be filtered. It usually
has a lot of floaties in it.

AFAIK, reports of problems like this should still go to PCTA.
