Steve,
Good thing to try them out a lot before you go.  Make sure they do not
stretch on your foot and keep coming off.  How about trying Flyin Brian's
technique, (Brian Robinson) using the sheet metal type screws on the bottom
of your shoe. Take along a small tool for putting them in and out.  They go
in from the inside and then put your insole over them.  He used them with
Great success during his triple crown year.  Maybe Roy or Brian will come on
line and describe the 'how too'.
