[pct-l] Fording Deep Creek

The common refrain: it all depends on the year, when you arrive at the creek
(both time of day and day of the year), and where you cross. In 2000, none
of the creeks in the Sierras were a problem when we went through. But,
several days before, folks had different experiences.

You will make it through like thousands of others have. With water probably
only up to your knees or waist. What will it be like for you? Time will
tell. Hike with some others for safety.

What are the recommendations about Fording Deep Creek?. Can a 5' 9" hiker
get through or will it be a swim ?.
If anyone has crossed at other nearby spots can the trail be gotten back to
without too many problems ?.

Thanks
Bob Smith
