[pct-l] AM/FM radios on the PCT

I got some form of AM radio throughout all of California on a little
portable radio (Sangean DT300WV).

In the south I also got plenty of FM, TV and weatherband reception as
well. There must have been 100+ stations at times.

Don't know about Oregon and Washington - but if it stops working I'll
just mail it home and go without. Sometimes on AM I could get
rebroadcasts of old radio dramas - neat.

Kent.
