>From Mojave you can hitch on HWY 58 out to the PCT.  I can't remember the
name of the exit, unfortunately.  If you stay at the Whites Motel in
Mojave, they will probably give you a ride.  That is how I got back
to the trail in 2003.  I loved the HWY 138 to Mojave leg.  Enjoy!
