    The increasing number of hiker on Mt. Whitney has caused another mountain 
"Human Waste" The Forest Service has proposed an alternative "Pack it out." 
The existing nonproductive Solar System Toilets will be yanked out. It's called 
"Share the load" the Forest Service will provide you with a empty package 
with chemicals at a cost. It will be cash and carry. Perhaps a return full 
package deposit can be arranged. You may contact Forest Service with your own smelly 
paper work ideas
