Don't know about booties for Hamsters... but for the weight to
carry, maybe you can consider, that it is possible to carry 20% of the
bodyweight... maybe you can double the load for a hamster, because he
has four legs...
Also you can train him in his wheel in the cage and if you want to know,
how much he is able to walk, just mount a distance counter from a
bycicle to it so you can see, what mileage he runs every day...
