[pct-l] waterproof cover for sleeping bag

I don't think it's a bag, but a Tyvek envelope.  Not sure if you could stuff 
a sleeping bag in one though.  A plastic trash bag set inside a silnylon stuff 
sack should keep your bag plenty dry and you can get new ones as needed along 
the way.  

The priority envelopes may work well for certain items, but they're supposed 
to be used for mailing stuff, if you know what I mean.
