[pct-l] San Diego Fire now near PCT

Julian is under emergency evacuation, and the roads south S1 (Sunrise Hwy) 
that runs through Mt Laguna and Hwy79 are both closed. The only way out of 
Julian is down the Banner Grade to Scissors Crossing.

I saw video of some buildings on the shore of Lake Cuyamacca (map A9) 
burning.....

At least some of this area recently burnt in the Pines fire, so there is a 
natural fire break in some areas.

Things are pretty dire in the San Diego back country right now.........
