[pct-l] Re: Oregon fire closure
I spent the last weekend at the Mckenzie river and drove up to the
santiam pass to view the fire damage. There was a sign at the trailhead
by Big Lake youth camp that the trail was closed heading north but it
was open to the south, (Mt. Washington Wilderness). I wonder if all the
hunters, (probably 15 camps, lots of campfires), camped between Hoodoo
and the trailhead were staying out of the area to the north ;-)
