[pct-l] Forest Service Maps of PCT

they produced a similar map for the California portion of the PCT.

The USFS produced a book of maps for the California section in 1974. It had
68 pages (plus an index), showing the existing and uncompleted trail, with
the temporary route marked in red.

I attempted to update mine in the late '70's and have therefore rendered it
useless as far as history of the trail goes, but keep looking for another
copy.
