Today, 26 years ago, I finished my PCT hike! Base pack weight, a little
over 30 lbs. with a Jansport D3 pack, 7lb.8oz.Eureka Timberline Tent, Rico 35mm
camera as big as a toaster, Vasque Hiker two boots, 3lb. fill Whitestag
Fiberfill two sleeping bag, blue foam pad, Optimus 8R stove, two Sigg one liter fuel
bottles, heavy wool sweater, fishnet tshirt, army wool pants. ( All this junk
makes my back hurt just thinking about the stuff!)
