This is the most recent update on the Summit Fire in California.

TRAIL CLOSURES
?? ? Inyo National Forest Emergency Fire Closure Order No. 04-03-05:? 
Portions
of the Pacific Crest Trail? between the the South Fork of the Kern River and
Gomez Meadow, and the section of trail along the Golden Trout Creek? from
Little Whitney Meadow to the Kern Ranger Station in the Sequoia National
Park.
