[pct-l] Another Oregon fire

At noon to today 9/2 another Oregon fire started along or near the PCT. The 
fire is at Cascade Locks and the town is on alert to be evacuated. This is 
information from a local TV station in Portland. They said hikers are be 
evacuated in the area of Herman creek.
