[pct-l] Another bounce box question

For Priority Mail, the PO will supply tape, address labels, and boxes
for free, subject to supply on hand at the local PO. For other mail
types it does not, except Express mail. If you need a lot of Priority
Mail materials for resupply boxes, you can order them on the USPS.com
website and they will be delivered to you for free.

A Priority Mail package can be forwarded multiple times for free as
long as it has not been opened.

One thing to keep in mind is that stove fuel can only be sent via
surface mail with an ORM-D label, thus it cannot legally be mailed
using Priority Mail.
