[pct-l] SEKC bear lockers

They've replaced all of the tree-to-tree cables within the park with storage lockers at convenient locations.  The bears had figured out how to get out onto the wires and get the food.  Lockers are located on the JMT at: Bishop Pass junction, middle fork Kings (taboose pass junction), Woods Creek, Arrowhead Lake, (3) Rae Lakes, (3) Vidette Meadow, Tyndall Creek (horrible campsite, w/ranger), lake south of Tyndall Creek, Wallace Creek, (2) Crabtree Meadow.  I don't remember if there is one in Evolution Valley, check with Inyo National Forest or SEKC HQ for locations.
