On a hike from Campo to Lake Morena yesterday we met "Solo" from New York. He had hiked 27 days from Tehachapi and was finishing his through hike after three summers. We also met Bill Gager from South Carolina "Dr. G" a retired high school math and science teacher hking for 20 days this summer. He was carrying a Jardine umbrella. The were all healthy and in good spirits.
