[pct-l] Introduction - 1st 200 miles from Campo

Regarding maps: the trail book maps are sufficient. Besides, the trail is
quite well marked, especially in Southern California.

Regarding water caches: Haven't been there in fall, but I would either cache
my own or check with some of the trail angels to see if they could put some
water out for you. I certainly wouldn't count on any water being left from
the spring (nor would I trust it if it were still there). And, if the rains
begin, you may find ground water anyway.
