have you checked out the ULA packs? (http://www.ula-equipment.com)  the P1 
is big and light and chock full of features or additional features.  i 
currently have one on back order.  i'm not sure what you mean by go 
"internationally" but i 'spect you could import one of these into canada or 
europe with no questions asked.

and for the record, what happened to cache 22 last summer?   i read it was 
destroyed at the border.
