I'm lazy, ie dumb, enough to resort to hyperbole in my attempt to convey my=
points on this mailing list. If I weren't so lazy, I'd provide more sober =
and cogent editorials, wait for each dissenting view to emerge, and then de=
bate their merits one by one.
Hey, it's a grey world. Trying to make it black and white for a little whil=

ling in your unswollen fingers, some deep breathing that doesn't pain your =
ribcage at the end of your hiking day, use a hip belt. Carrying whatever l=
oad you feel is appropriate on your hips instead of your shoulders is going=
to change that "I can do this!" grimace into a true smile. My G4, with hi=
p belt, carried my load very nicely the whole length of the AT last summer,=
and it's ready for more!
