I purchased a copy of this guidebook for one of the 2003 hopefuls before the
new version came out.  It is unused and in perfect condition.  If you're
interested, I'm taking bids offlist.  Goes to the highest bidder.  Shipping
is $1.84. to U.S. destinations.

It is 1999 version with 2000 updates.
