You want Tincture of Benzoin COMPOUND.

I is usually applied UNDER protective coverings such as "Compeed" or duct
tape, and it makes them stick much better. If I let a blister drain over
night, then use ToB under a Compeed, it will stay on about 3 days, long
enough for the blister to heal under it. Without the ToB it won't stay on
for a day.

Also, if the blister is still weeping, nothing will keep a covering on.

Tincture of Benzoin can also be injected into a drained blister to "glue"
the top skin back down, but you better have 4 strong friends to restrain
you while a fifth does the dirty work. Adventure racers do this sometimes.
They also get nasty things like Leptospirosis and leaches by crawling
through wet caves full of bat s**t in the tropics.

John's book "fixing your feet" goes into its use quite extensively.

FWIW, I ** like *** the smell of ToB. Just keep the bottle in a plastic
bag. It's stains will never come out. Ever.
