I guess this story's appropriate for the PCT list since this list is where =
Monte Dodge first called me "Flyin Brian." It just goes to show that the be=
st names are given by others. Since I was solo hiking, the only forum for a=
 name to come forth was this list.

For those who want to see it in the archives, Monte's post was titled "Trip=
le crown Hiking" on May 9th, 2001.
