[pct-l] Alum. Crampons for Running Shoes

--
[ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ]
The Crampons I found were " Cassin" Italian made crampons with nylon
webbing straps which worked well climbing Adams and are 10 point full
crampons < not instep. PA Jeff's Alum. crampons were Stubi ultralights
that have a type of plastic nylon univeral binding that works with any boot
or running shoe. I would be happy to use these up Rainier in July thru
mid-August with New Balance shoes. ( So fun seeing people with plastic rental
boots and step in crampons as you walk up in your slipper soft 804's )
Price of my Cassin were 69.00 on sell. The Stubi's seem to be around
100.00.
