I've lost one toenail before from running and I think
I'm on my way to losing more. It's not as painful as
you think, in-fact for me it wasn' painful at all. A
new, but tiny, toenail grew underneath the other one
and then it slowly replaced it.

some good advice on how to avoid having them fall off
