[pct-l] Bears north of Sonora Pass

Trying to remember back to a car camp I'd rather forget and almost have. Th=

trip was in 1991. I camped in a primitive forest service camp high up some =
where
between Yosemite and US 50. What I remember most is first, that I got a bad=
 case
of GI upset the first night, apparently due to something I ate in a fast fo=
od
place on the way. Second that there was a camp bear that came through the c=
amp
raiding what food it could. So there are or were bears there. Whether they =
will
bother backpackers is an open question; if no reports then probably not.
