If I read message #10 of PCT-List 8-21-02 correctly, you sound rather harsh=
 against the trail, the PCTA, the data book and most things having to do wi=
th said trail.

Sorry you feel so negative. As one of the many volunteers who tries to help=
 maintain a 2650 mile trail, it is a pleasure to TRY and a sorrow knowing w=
e'll never accomplish the total goal.

May I suggest you contact the PCT Association office at pcta.org and sign-u=
p for any one (or more) of the trail crews who work exceedingly hard and gi=
ve of their free time to give to a trail they dearly love.
