[pct-l] Last Section PCT Rainy Pass to Manning Park

I just got back from a trip around Glacier Peak. Fire Creek Pass is still
well covered with snow, Mica Lake still ice covered, there was also a lot of
snow at Red Pass. This is one of the higher elevations of the PCT in WA, so,
the rest of the trail should be dandy. After passing through the Sierras in
June the snow in the Cascades should really amount to much of a challenge.
