[pct-l] wind screen for pocket rocket

I've used my MSR Whisperlite windshield without any problems at all... It's
a little low, but it seems to work fine.

Don't know about that one, but how about making one out of a couple of folds
of aluminum foil. Cheap, light weight, rolls up, and readily available. I
used one on my PCT trip - worked just fine.
