UK Ray's VideoA suggestion to PCT hikers past and present - but especially
to those who thru-hiked in 2000-2001: try to obtain a copy of UK Ray's 2
hour VHS videotape, where he regales a British audience with some absolutely
hilarious stories from his two part journey along the crest. Ray is a man of
surpassing wit and energy, and his warm self-effacing nature is the perfect
foil for the lighthearted barbs he slings at his trail companions and
townfolk met along the way.  This tape was the best $20 I've spent in a long
time. Forget about going to the movies - THIS is entertainment.

A couple of questions for the Moaks: since I never had the chance to meet UK
Ray, can you tell me what is his line of work, or his background in general
prior to the hike. A professional speaker perhaps? Also, since I understand
you're almost out of stock on the tape, is there another source where folks
could order copies?
