So from what I read at this web sight, combustable liquids can be mailed by 
air if the flash point is above 141* when properly packaged. It can be 
surface mailed if the flash point is above 100* when properly packaged. Above 
200* no restrictions are in place. So the obvious question is, what is the 
flash point of various types of alcohol?
