[pct-l] Snow

I copied it from this site: http://www.seawfo.noaa.gov/products/CLISNO
They post updates the 1st and 15th of each month and I try to post them
to the list, but don't always remember.  I would like to see it for the
summer months also, unfortunately I think the last post is May 1st, or
it maybe June 1st.  It is whenever the Northwest Weather and Avalanche
Center closes down for the summer.

Jeff,
I really liked the comparisons on the snow depth for April 15th, Did you
copy this exactly from a site and if so which site.  If you put it all 
together, you did a great job.
