Here in Washington we changed over to attbi.com about a month ago.  I opened
a new account with my new address, but couldn't see any easy way to stop you
from continuing to send mail to my old address.  I would have had to sent a
formatted "stop" message from the old address, but it didn't exist anymore.
I figured you had a mechanism to stop sending to "dead" addresses.  When you
suggest "changing over" is that what you mean?
