Eric Lee, if you re-read what ChsyHkr@aol.com wrote, you will see didn't 
mention the folks on the hand crews, or pilots in the bombers. He said 
"Fire Fighting Industry," which does make quite a bit of money off fighting 
fires. I'm sure most of the money is made by people who never even smell 
the smoke.

This is a bit like someone condemning the way the US Army conducted the war 
in Vietnam (which even General Powell has taken exception to) and taking 
that as an attack on the average Grunt out in the Jungle.

I think this is an interesting thread, but lets avoid the "flames" (sorry, 
I couldn't resist either....)<gdr>
