[pct-l] Looking for PCT stories

Hey all!  I'm spending the summer in Yosemite.  On Sept. 2 and Sept 9, I
hope to do a ranger program on the PCT.  I'm looking for stories related
to the following topics:

1) Food
2) Water
3) Shelter
4) The general experience of the PCT
5) Hiking with a partner
6) Why hike the PCT?
7) Interesting people

No personal names will be used in my program.

Also any other general good or bad experience stories would be
appriciated.  Post to the list if you want, but to avoid stuffed
mailboxes, you can email me directly at awest00@umail.ucsb.edu.

...and please, NO BEAR STORIES!!!
