The obvious for So OR is the Shakespearian Festival in Ashland and the =
Britt Festival in Jacksonville by Medford, OR.  Both can hold their own =
against any other 'high brow'  (and some not so 'high')entertainment.  =
Britt is always a little bit of everything: jazz, instrumental concerts, =
comedy, plays, etc.  With both, you are seated out-of-doors. Britt you =
can bring (or buy) any type of picnic you desire (alcohol included).  If =
I had my way, I'd attend both every year.
