[pct-l] call for itineraries through lake strewn wilderness for a post-frost fall backpack

Detailed initiary for 10-15 miles per day.

First let me say I couldn't hike that way. How could I pass up watching the
sunset over McClure Meadow from the rock just north of the Ranger Station.
How could I hike past Evolution, Saphire and Wanda Lake without stopping.
Impossible!!!!!!! However, let me try <sigh>

North Lake trailhead
1-Golden Trout Lake via Piute Pass
2-Hutchenson Meadow via Humphreys Basin
3-Evolution Lake via Piute Creek, Evolution Creek, Evolution Meadow, McClute
Meadow, Colby Meadow
4-Little Pete Meadow via Saphire Lake Wanda Lake, Muir Hut, LeConte Canyon
5-Lower Palisade Lake via LeConte Canyon, Golden Staircase
6-Glacier Lake or north of it via cross country described in RJ Secor
7-Layover Day<rofl> Climb Mt Sill via see above
8-Upper Dusy Basin via Thunderbolt or Knapsack Passes
South Lake Trailhead via Bishop Pass, Blue Lake

Hi All,

Any suggestions for a one-weakish backpack of 10-15mi/day that
would lead one through upper elevations (>4000') laced with
swimable waters - be they lakes, creeks, ... - along the PCT
or elsewhere in the West?

Cheers,
Mike
