I don't believe that the Muir Trail Ranch advertises thruhiker services.
OTOH it is the most convient place to resupply midway through the John Muir
Trail.

I have stayed at the Muir Trail Ranch twice. It is a dude ranch. They really
don't have hiker services except a food drop. They rent out the entire ranch
to a party for $8500 per week so anything that is likely to interfere with a
horse guest's use/enjoyment of the ranch is sure to be rejected. The entire
ranch including showerers, hot tubs, kitchen, food etc. is being paid for by
the guests. The ranch belongs to the paying guests for the week.
