Hola Compadres.  Two bits of news.  Firstly, there is
again a water cache set up on dusty Road 22 up on the
Hat(Hot)Creek Rim about 10 miles out of Old Station. 
Check your maps and read the register there.  Cheers.

Secondly, keep your eye out for a few pinecone people
somewhere along the JMT.  I am taking a flatlander
backpacking during these next three weeks and hope to
run into a crowd of thru-hikers.
