[pct-l] Southern Section PCT Water Stashing

To all of you southern PCT section water stashers (let's see, that's 
SPCTSWS!):

Great job again this year in stashing, coordination, timing, hiking, hauling, 
chaining up, cleaning up and all of those misnamed "Trail Angel" actions!  
Nothing very angelic about any of them, except of course, for the kindness.

The great actions of just a few benefit so many, not just today, or this 
year, but as you can see from the actions of so many past years' thru and 
section hikers, for years to come as they strive to give back just a tad of 
what was bestowed upon them.
