[pct-l] Yosemite Tioga Road open... and nothing else



Yes, they are tents- except there are a lot of "permanent" (wait till the
next flood- yea!!) that exist at Toulumne...

The best thing of the opening is access to the PCT and JMT at T-meadows
-- once can drop supplies and people off as there still is no overnight
parking allowed on the road.
