New Balance 803's have an aggressive , beefy tread for secure footing . The
tongue is connected to the body of the shoe which helps keep grit and dust
out. They dry quickly after water fords. I cut the "N's" off the side as I
thought they were unnecessary. Try the 803's with Super Feet inserts if the
soles of your feet are getting sore.

This was the combination that we saw most frequently last summer.
