[pct-l] PCT Trail Town Reviews At PCT TrailQuest Site

A new page has been added to PCT TrailQuest, for reviews of trail towns and business establishments that offer goods and services to PCT hikers.

I have done a review for all trail towns I have visited (Campo, CA to Ashland, OR) and additional contributions are welcome.
