[pct-l] bear canisters on the JMT

The system I use is to ignore them. I know how to conduct myself in the
backcountry and do so. I don't bother to keep up with the regs because I'm
probably not going to follow them unless they make sense to me and, if they
do, I'm probably already doing it anyway. If they write me a ticket for it I
just refuse to pay it. I gladly go to jail after pointing out to the judge
that we both knew the prime reason for the citation was revenue and I was
going to cost them money not make them money. When in jail I never pass up
an opportunity to seek medical attention, legal advice, or anything else I
can think of thus driving up their bill for me. If I am assaulted I sue.
It's worked so far. The most I've ever cost them was $148,000.00. The really
funny part is that they spent $87,000.00 teaching me counter guerilla
warfare. That was hard to do without teaching me guerilla warfare. I was and
am very good at both.
