[pct-l] Mosquito Repellers

Sorry, all the tests worthy of the name I've read say these electronic 
repellers are completely ineffective. DEET, last I read, is still by far the 
most effective repellent chemical, but it is absorbed through skin and is 
detectable in blood, which is unpleasant. There is supposed to be a 
microencapsulated form whose name I don't know that is much less aborbed, 
also advice is to use children's DEET bug repellent which is a much lower 
concentration, until the B-52's come out.
