[pct-l] PCT Hiker Registry

Through your comments and suggestions I've finally finished the PCT Hiker
Registry. Well, there are a few tweaks to be made but it's working fine and
open to the public.

Stop by and add yourself along with a photo. It will be nice to attach faces
to names on this list and also to come across friends met on the trail.
